About Me

About Me:

Hi! My name is Will and I’m a games journalist and journalism graduate from Kingston University London

Having finished my degree in 2020, I’m now based in Southampton playing and writing about video games. I’m currently a Guides Writer for GamesRadar+, writing about some of the latest releases and ongoing, live-service games.

I’m a diligent and committed writer with solid researching and reporting skills, and experience writing news and features, conducting interviews and writing scripts for audio and video content.

I’m always keen to learn more and improve my skills across a range of journalistic disciplines with games journalism as my preferred area of interest and expertise.

I try to play as many different games as possible but generally gravitate to shooters, with Destiny 2, Apex Legends, and the Halo franchise being some of my favourites. However, I’m always up for trying out new titles in other genres and checking out classics that I may have missed too.

I also play a variety of tabletop games with friends and family, including simple card games like Skull, Selfish, and Anomia, party games such as Codenames, Wavelength, and Scrawl, and running a Dungeons & Dragons homebrew campaign. Other hobbies include cooking and going to the cinema.

My contact details can be found within my CV at the bottom of this page, and you can get to my Twitter here.
